I made Altamont for NR2K3, as far as I know or remember, it was never made for heat unless someone converted it without my knowledge (what a shock).
I had started the conversion of Altamont a while back but that is as far as it got. that was until my HD went POOF and lost 80% of my work 4 months ago.

So, without seeing or knowing what the HEAT track looks like, I cannot give permission. However, if you snag and convert Altamont from NR2K3 - permission granted.

A lot of great memories of this race track. Used to go every friday night back in the 60's. The best part was the R rated movies they used to show at the drive-in at the Southeast end of the track. Don't know how the drivers ever got around the track. Johnny Brazil Lives On!
