Pacific Raceways is a mixed-use road racing facility near Kent, Washington. The race track was constructed in 1959 and opened in 1960. The track was originally named Pacific Raceways, then became known as Seattle International Raceways in 1976. After the landowner regained control of the track in 2002, the name was reverted to Pacific Raceways.[1]

Pacific Raceways features a 2.25 miles (3.62 km) road course which is used by the SCCA,[2] Society of Vintage Racing Enthusiasts (SOVREN), and ICSCC for automobile road racing. The Washington Motorcycle Road Racing Association (WMRRA) uses the course for motorcycle road racing.[3] The course has more than 125 feet (38 m) of elevation change and a beautiful naturally wooded back section.
The track hosts a performance driving school which offers several curricula, including sanctioned race licensing courses, performance driving, lapping clinics, and specialty driving instruction.[4] The facility also features a dragstrip which is used by local organizations and the NHRA for both regional and national-level races, plus a dirt motocross track.[5][6]
The track hosted a two heat race weekend of the USAC Championship Car series in 1969. The first heat was won by Mario Andretti and the second was won by Al Unser.[7]

Thanks for this great track relesys. Really wanted this from GPL days. What about a conversion for GT Legends, it would be a perfect fit. Once again thanks for you work.

That's your takeaway, no DSL? That's as wrong as your track. Blaming your loft on bad GE data could have been easily corrected by being serious and researching a little better. You could have watched this video Then you wouldn't have gotten the drop off to Turn 2 wrong, "in theory".

My beef is with the SIZE and execution. 5 Mb spec/bump maps for earth moving equipment you can barely notice. 5Mb ground texture in T2 you can't even see. Multiple instances of the very same texture being re-loaded. Huge GMT's (2-4 Mb) for poles, fences and street lights in the parking lot? Tool boxes that are higher poly than some cars with a LODout of 2000 meters. The whole track isn't even 2000 meters long!

I usually don't download BTB sourced tracks but I have an interest in Pacific/Seattle/Kent as I did my own version 9 years ago Video Looks as good as yours and it's only 14 Mb, you can't believe the frame rate. No BTB, GoogleEarth or Youtube back then. All I had to work with was the research I did, a small topographic map from Topozone and a tiny incar AVI from an outfit called Strictly BMW that I downloaded. I didn't release mine because it wasn't accurate between T4-T6 and I didn't have permission to use the Richard Burns Rally tree textures. Hmmm.

If anyone wants to try out a more accurate Pacific in process go to the RaceDepartment's BTB New Track forum and try Kyle Murphy's Pacific and no I'm not Kyle Murphy.

@ Internet tough guy: the track I created from KML file for Google, and one can have the altimetry definitely wrong.

@ NickDeFender: in 2013 we should "in theory" have a good ADSL ... if I see a track that I like, I drain without going to see how much it weighs in MB.
