Hello!

this is a Update for the F171 1.0 Version

the F171 1.1 ChiefWiggum Version includes a complete Monza 1971 Carset

we have updated the Engine Files for our League Races if you don´t like it
the old Engine Files are in the Download.

F171 1.1 ChiefWiggum

+ Sounds by Wolferl (Excellent Work ;-)

+ complete Monza-race carset (many thanks to Ed Starker for his research
on the Monza 1971 Grand Prix)

+ new engine model (powershifting, overrevving and insufficient cooling
will now blow up the engine within a couple of laps)

+ contemporary pit crew

Installation

this update requires the F1 71 mod V1.0. Simply install it over the
existing installation

Thx for the mod.

Question, in the F1_1971_ChiefWiggum_V1.1.rar file, you have a pdf file named "Mod 71´er Forcefeedback". In it, you mention a LeoFFb.ini and RealFeel.ini that are altered to match the 71 Mod...

Where are those ? :-))

Hi, i have a problem with the F1 1971 Mod. I installed the 1.0 version, than the 1.1 version. When i start the game i just can choose the pace car but there will be no Team oder Car that i can choose!? Can someone please help. I just searched in the web but can`t find something to solve this prob!!!!!

Also there ist that error in this situation:

What is the engine regime limit of the MOD?

The engine blows after few laps, the MOD is very goog, but this is a big truoble.

Solved.
I found the "orig_Engine_1.0" folder in the RAR file of the MOD version.

Go to your start menu, right click Notepad - Run as administrator, in notepad click file-open- find your plr file, make the change and save.


If this doesnt work, copy your plr file somewhere else, make the change, delete the old one, and replace it with the updated version

i keep trying to get the PLR file to save with the new setting, but it tells me that access is denied everytime. I'm just using Notepad to edit it, like i used to be able to do on GPL. Is there another program I should have to edit these files??

you must edit your PLR File, change the Entry to.......Helmet="0", then
all Drivers will use the right Helmet.
