Possible causes for errors include:
- Unsuitable Image Properties (adding screenshots, profiles avatars, skins, league logos etc)
All submitted images should be plain vanilla, non-progressive jpg from 32bit o/. The image processing engine does not support does not support progressive display, jpg2000 compression, images created on 64 bit o/s.
- Error when returning from Paypal
You may have taken too long at Paypal and your session information on rFactorCentral has expired. Please contact rFactorCentral and include your username and donation details.
- Change in URL
The url you are trying to access may have changed. You may be using an older cached version of the scripted menus. Return to the home page and Shift+Refresh. Then try accessing the page via the scripted menus.
- Illegal/invalid values in a form especially date format
Back button and check the values you've entered in a form. Check that they are also in the correct format. The most common form error on rFactorCentral are invalid date formats.
- File server or Web Server is Busy
The file or web server may be too busy to accept your request.
- Bugs in Coding
There are some bugs in the site. Sorry, you might have run into one. I'm working on fixing them as they are logged.
