autorised conversion of the nicolas andronov track for NR2003

this track was first converted by yoss a long time ago.... after 15 days of works
this time he take one year for make the conversion
the mapping and texturing is completely reworked
we add sone news thing like the start lights and support , a new stand entry , some news trees and grass things, 3d tyrewalls ....
we create a new short version , just for fun and closed race online
the aiw is build for 34 online cars
this is no night lights on the track ....because the real track don't have nights lights
fully work in dx7, dx8 and dx9 , tested on differents computers and differents work stations
if you engage the shadow in the track you need a good computer, depend on mod you use
the track use sounds for crowds and speaker , you need sounds present on rfactor ,default ambient directory sound ,you have a link for download the sounds
a 2009 version with the news stands comme later with this nogaro 2003 track for base
