nice effort! suggest you take a few of those stock btb textures into photoshop and change the hue to make it look a bit different ;P

nathan, the pit lane guys and the red squares are all done with the isi aiw/cam editor which is available in the addons section of this site. See mad cowies great tutorial video to get you started. You need the isi devtools from the rfactor.net site to get the editor working. good luck!
