This setup for McLaren #1 is the setup and car I use for Valencia. I get a lot of high speed bouncing!
Also- I have FRAPS running, but not recording, and I get a lot of frame stuttering. My DETAIL is set to high, SHADOWS at medium, going to "race weekend".
I have no clue! What do I have to do to smooth out the frame rate! My best was 1:53.657 with all the stuttering. It's really frustrating to come up to a corner, the scen stops for about 1- 1.5 seconds, and then I'm into the wall because I don't have time to finish the slow down.
HELP!

How do I stop blowing the engine? Do I drive it like some little pussy afraid of the car? If I drive slow at Silverstone- I might get a complete lap in. Do I not go into th on Hangar straight?

It looks like it'll be fun- once completed. That section with the rough-looking surface (I'm glad the texture doesn't change) throws me every lap. Also, I can't wait until you get the brake markers in- some of those corners are hard to judge, even after 10-20 laps! Great job so far!!

Yeah! I downloaded the right one (v1.01) and marlinnut's 59.503 setup, and used low TC and low stability until I get used to the exact course without accidentally going into the pits. lol. I did 1:07 on my second lap (not bad for not having Denver in any games for eight months. I even liked hitting the walls and tire barriers without going through them. Thanks guys!

I've gotten a 43.9 with Toyota Atlantics! I just can't figure my braking and downshift points for the right-hander after the chicane at the end of the main straight away. I may need to add a bit of front wing for that turn 'cause I can maintain speed through there in 3rd. It's just that I got lucky on 3 laps out of 12. Otherwise- It's GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT! THANKS CAMMEL AND SLIDER.

Get Sears Point 1990. It's aconversion too- but, it has both the NASCAR and GP tracks; and we'll all hope that someone does an rFactor quality Sonoma track with both long and short courses!

Like the referees say, "After careful review of all the cars, I say that the car in the picture is the F430_LM without the wing. I say this because of the difference in the heaadlight configuration from the F430.
Also, guys- I have pictures and video (a bit rough since I only had a 3.0 megapixel camera) of Vanport (Portland International Raceway) Festival Curves. There is no more inner kurbing due to the drifting competions and races they have had there for the last (at least) 2 years. I went there, last year, for the Champcar World Series race- got my picture with the better (looks and personality) woman driver- Katherine Legge!

Feel fre to use them if you need to! Also- some of the pictures have Champcars, and others, in the turn to get a better perpective on the actual width.

I just downloaded the free version of FRAPS 2.9, I notice that the sound either ends before the video stops (rFactor), or, doesn't co-ordinate with the video (F1 Challenge '99-03). any suggestions?

Hey, Camryn! I went to the hall of fame and lo and behold, they have Sepang v. 1.0. download and install this. You'll get error messages and sound. Just hit "enter and they load just fine and THEY WORK! Sepang GP4

Anybody having problems with HRC version 1.1, just download and install version 1.0 first. the best thing to do is have aseparate folder to "extract here" to- then you can know which files to delete out of which folders, in rFactor, before you install 1.0. then- once version 1.0 is installed- install version 1.1 and click "yes to all" (oui a tout) to0 overwrite the files. Then- when you start the game- choose settings and set all the details to high so you have sky and clouds instead of blue stripes. BTW, where do I find the Suzuki Eskudo?

Fantastic Job. I've driven it with the Subaru WRCcar, and that was real fun! However- I recommend that everyone get the ORR Trucks and drive it- it's even more fun!! My only problem is getting through the hairpins without coming to a complete stop. Any tips?
I'm, currently, downloading the snowy update.

I started with 1255 full install. first I downloaded The Proton and Demon Protoracers. I have no sounds. I created a "Proto" folder in the sounds folder and copied the LMSE files to that folder, put the LMSE.sfx file in my Proto folder in vehicles (and all the car folders) and still no sound! What am I doing wrong. PLease give details! You can send the instructions to me at geoffj50@msn.com with Proto in the subject line. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, Soup! This works with 1.255. I have it and it's a blast! you can go abit deep into corners before turning- just "pip" the accelorator a bit in the turn so you don't run off the outside edge. It takes abit of practice to "pip" just right, but it's a kick once you've got it right. "Pip"= a slight tap of the accelorator, while in a turn,to help make the turn and not lose momentum.

HOLY CATS!!! I've got EA Sports F1 2002, F1Championship '99-'02 (with mods '03, '04, '05, and F1 Mania 07) with Watkins Glen. Let me tell you something- This is the very best Watkins Glen GP Track I've ever seen. Now- you need to note- This is from a Formula 1 fan since the mid 1970's. I always wonder why NASCAR and the IRL don't use the GP circuit instead of the current short course they do use. It wouldn't be any harder on the cars than Sears Point or Laguna Seca- both of which I have and thoroughly enjoy. Great job, Jason6787!!
