Way too grippy.

The Audi and the Seat can just be flogged around Adelaide with your foot flat on the floor (either brake or accelerator) 100% and the car will never come loose.

The BMW's are OK, but again, hard to lose under brakes or coming out of a corner.

The external sounds on the BMW's are excellent.

They are the best cars in this mod. You can really hang the BMW's out sideways around a corner.

agree with the other users about readme.txt and the various versions/carpacks and addons. One thing I do notice is the install program icons for this release are BLUE, the old ones are GREEN

this seems a time to mention

--- I wish ALL car and track makers would install a readme in their mod vehicle or track folder which gives the version number.

Even a readme in the rfactor root folder would be fine - so long as it's called README_mod_version.txt - and not just "readme.txt".

see, "readme.txt" is a popular filename, and actually NOT VERY INFORMATIVE.

imo, every track's loading screen should have a version number on it, and every vehicle mod should have its version number as part of its ingame name-listing too.

Because there's (thankfully!) so many mods, every time there's an update to one, I have to go check what version I currently have installed.

Sometimes it's impossible to check. Now that's just silly, and wastes everyone's time......

Why can't I just goto rfactor root and check for "best mod in world_v9.8c_readme.txt" to check?

-----------------------

Sure it's a criticism, and one aimed at almost every single mod.

But it IS constructive criticism. The point is to get people playing your mods, is it not? A few simple measures would help achieve the goal enormously.

I'm enormously grateful to ALL the mod makers out there - but I think many forget that not everybody is as familiar with the mod as the maker's themselves - and that not everyone is as technically savvy........

Apologies for the language barrier but you OBVIOUSLY misunderstood what i asked, i DID ask a simple question , whats new in this version, and yes its "FRUSTRATING" trying to figure out what if anything might have changed from version to version , I'm just a lowly VERY appreciative user of your wonderful mod, but if you look up there ^^^ you dont give us ANY new information for the reason to download 400mbs AGAIN, some may want to continue using the exsiting mod, so before you start bashing me for a misunderstanding, how bout you give us some basic update information like EVERY other mod hosted @ rfc normally does. Keep up the good work, whatever it may have been ;)

@Warrenb: you don't understand my dissapoint....it was for the word " Extremely frustratiing" not for the right question.
we only must to say "thank" to modding group, for mod and for updates. The development of a mod is an Extremely work.
I think every times, before speak...or write.

Are you kidding me? Why isn't there's a patch for offer as well? I'm not downloading the whole mod and tracks again just for some bug fixes, physics fixes and graphic optimizations...

the smartest thing thats happened so far is the reduction in the amount of links for this mod. glad to see thats been sorted out. you as the mod maker might find it easy but try sorting it out from the general communities side of things.

Extreme, perhaps it is you that should think before you speak.

Tornado did ask a simple question. What has been changed for the new version?

The release has obviously been updated from a previous release and its only fair that we should know whats been changed.

Is it possible to add AI to the ratings so we can get an idea with a mod like this how the AI operate? A mod like this with very good AI would be very good practice off line. Instead of AI that are all over the place and/or slow. Thanks

The correct order to downloads and install the mod is:

1° - ETCS 2007 Final Full
2° - ETCS 2007 Track pack Final Install
3° - ETCS 2007 Extra Skin Pack Install
4° - ETCS 2007 Physics Patch Install (1.1)

SUPERCOPA FUEL BUGFIX
delete the file
Seat_Supercopa07.hdv
in the directory
...\rFactor\GameData\Vehicles\SRM_ETCS_07\ETCS\LEON SUPERCOPA
to solve the fuel bug in the second pit stop

The other link, are a old version of the ETCS 2007...!

OMG, I'd honestly love to race with this mod, but so far haven't been able to... I installed everything right, the cars look ridiculously beautiful, the trackpack is really convenient... but out of six times to load a track I could only manage to get a 10 lap race at Varano, and that's it, any other race is a CTD, and I'm kinda getting way too frustrated, since this isn't a mod which I've done anything to, it just won't go... it's so crazy that even the trace file in notepad wouldn't respond, I had to end non-responsive program... IN NOTEPAD! I mean, can someone please help me? Because I'm sure that no one else has this problem otherwise they would've massacred the comment area. Please help guys, thanks in advance.
